Lyle is the man to call on when your employment situation is at risk, or already terminated. His legal practice in non-unionized dismissal work is the most well-known and extensive in Manitoba. Lyle's 40 odd years of courtroom experience furnish the necessary background for tough and winning advocacy in front of judges, administrative tribunals or simply in negotiations between the parties. His avocation as a broadcaster and theatrical performer assists too.

Lyle has served as President of the Manitoba Bar Association, and as a mentor in wrongful dismissal, real estate law and corporate/commercial transactions to hundreds of students. He has been senior adjudicator and arbitrator in a multitude of dismissal cases and wage disputes.

Lyle's wife, Evita, provided him with three wonderful daughters, and they in turn have rewarded him with eight grandchildren, all star athletes and academic geniuses, both present and future.
